Junior had a heart of gold and helped everyone he could, wherever he could. He didn’t always make the best choices for himself, but he changed direction in 2011 and believed in a better way. He started working, followed his parole order, made all of his meetings and did everything he was supposed to do. He was a full-time dad to his only son; and a great brother, son and uncle. He was raised in a house full of love and laughter and gave as much back to those around him. He was gunned down on his way to play basketball with his younger brother, after a beautiful day at the zoo with his son. His legacy will live on forever but his vibrancy will be missed terribly. I’m a friend of the family and his death feels like it happened to one of my own. I can’t imagine the pain his parents, son, brother and sisters are feeling. Be peaceful, Junior.

I miss you so very much cant deal with this empty feeling baby I need you back and Nana has been in hospital so its been difficult to continue to stay strong Turo got busted after visiting the hospital imagine all the drama baby!!!!!Your baby boy is doing good still with his mother,grampa George passed away after breaking his hip the surgery was too much for him,He had a beautiful service@Calvary Chapel 4/25/12….Talk to you soon …..WUV U……… MOMMA
I too have lost so many loved ones recently and know that time heals all wounds… Not to say without many tears along the way,but we remember that this is Gods plan ,to be with him in a better place,.He will be in our hearts and memories forever….. You devotion to him will LIVE on through his son. JR….,.MAY YOU REST IN .

Thank you so much for this wonderful post truly appreciate it !!!!! My baby was on the road of making positive changes in his young life just wanted to do the right things in life and be a DADDY to NATE DAWG his 2 1/2 yr boy every time he visit he looks for his Daddy and kisses his picture breaks my heart…We need to stop all these senseless killings,for those that know the family the shooter was close to us my JR never let anybody mess with this person in elementary school even went on camping trips and fishing trips out @ sea along with his own lil brother but over the years jealousy and peer pressure took over this kids life. Looking forward to court hearing nexts month…….Just want to know WHY !!!!!!!!!!!
