On May 2nd, 2001 my ex-husband John Battaglia took our daughters Faith (9) & Liberty (6) for a 2 hour Wednesday evening dinner, they never made it to eat. He took them to his loft, had them call me on speaker phone and shot them multiple times as they begged for their lives, even reloading, as he screamed “Merry F*#%* Christmas”. Hand guns were developed for men to kill other men. They have no place in our unstable society. I will light a Candle on the 8th in Memory of my precious daughters and what would have been the day before my Faith’s 20th Birthday.
