What does it say?

Corrupt gun dealers evade prosecution because the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms does not have the enforcement powers it needs to protect public safety. Valley Guns of Baltimore, Maryland, was a top supplier of crime guns in the nation before its licensed was finally revoked after nearly a decade of legal violations. Valley Guns' owner is National Rifle Association Board member Sanford M. Abrams.
