What does it say?

Lou's Loans, a gun dealer in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, repeatedly supplied the criminal gun market for over two decades, selling guns to traffickers and straw purchasers until its license was finally revoked on July 31, 2006. It took two decades to bring Lou's Loans to justice because current federal law places severe restraints on the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms' ability to prosecute gun dealers or revoke their licenses when they break the law.

How can I use it?

Use this evidence to advocate for stronger enforcement powers for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) and for strong state gun dealer licensing. Under the current system, the ATF is severely curtailed in its ability to assure public safety.
