What does it say?
This report documents the egregious violations of Federal law by federal firearm licensees who have had their licenses revoked by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (BATF). The NRA claims that BATF is "overzealous" in its enforcement. This report thoroughly debunks that claim.
How can I use it?
Use this report to make the case that, far from being "overzealous," the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms needs stronger enforcement powers to crack down on gun dealers who violate the law. Without stronger enforcement powers, the BATF's ability to assure public safety is severely curtailed.
