From 2002 to 2007, the number of gun homicides involving black male juveniles rose 54 percent, while homicides for the nation as a whole fluctuated minimally.
How can I use it?
National trends appear to be hiding an upsurge in gun homicides among young black men. This report can be used to document that we cannot be complacent about strengthening gun laws even though crime overall remains at historically low levels.
