Victory! Governor Rell Signs Bill to Reduce Gun Trafficking

Connecticut Governor M. Jodi Rell signed into law a bill that will strike at the core of the gun trafficking issue in Connecticut by requiring the reporting of all lost and stolen firearms to the police (SB 938). After a long and hard fought battle, the state of Connecticut has taken a tremendous step toward reducing gun violence.
