Brady Statement on Florida High School Shooting

The Brady Campaign and Center to Prevent Gun Violence is horrified by the breaking news about a shooting at a Florida high school. There have been an unconscionably high number of shootings so far in 2018, and we're only at Valentine's Day. How many more will America endure before school is out for the summer?

In the vast majority of school shootings, shooters get their guns from their parents or close relatives. As this story develops, we call upon law enforcement to find out how the shooter got his gun.
