The Sarah and Jim Brady Society recognizes individuals who have included the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence in their wills. Society members are united by their passion to create a safer America for generations to come.

You will also realize significant estate tax benefits by making a provision for the Brady Campaign in your will.

In order to make a bequest to the Brady Campaign, you must have a will.  Some of the ways in which you may remember the Brady Campaign in your will are:

• Specify a dollar amount or a percentage of the residue of your estate.
• List specific assets, such as stocks, bonds, or real estate, to be designated as a gift.

The Development Office will gladly assist you or your attorney in reviewing a proposed bequest to us.
