Actually, I'm too kind in calling the anti-gun sides tactics "argument." Rational and logical thought coupled with factual data would be needed to mount an argument. What the Brady Campaign does is engage in fear-mongering towards the public and a vitriolic pissing contest towards gun owners and the NRA. What else can they do? They don't have logic, thought, facts, legal precedent, the Constitution or framers intent on their side, thus their tactics aren't suprising. Oh, and they CANT use statistics like the UCR, FBI, CDC, DOJ, or BJS because if they did all the data would contradict their argument.

They're working with politicians to indoctrinate fear and ignorance into citizens as well as a "You can trust the government" mentality. They're appealing to emotions, hoping to brainwash the American public with their drivel. Several tyranical governments, including the Nazi's disarmed (and murdered) millions this way. The Nazi's convinced most Germans to hand in their firearms. What bothers me is what other insidious "plans" the Brady group and liberal Democrats have in store for the Bill of Rights, the Constitution, and this country assuming they're able to disarm the populace. BTW, they won't succeed in this, because if they ever succeed in banning all guns legislatively, or banning "assault weapons" permanently, I and many others WILL NOT be handing over our arms.
